First day in Hanoi and Super Sous and I have hit the ground… eating! Wow. What a delicious food culture. Noodles, salads, rice, chicken, beef, vinegars, spice, sweet, sour… All so fresh and unique. And we’ve only just scratched the surface. Much more to explore and learn over the next few days!
Super Sous and I are in Hong Kong for the Vegetarian Food Asia Expo! Today was the first day; I am doing cooking demos all 3 days of the event. We’ve been here a few days and can’t take in the sights enough! So much delicious food is lurking around each corner of this bustling city. From wet markets to dim sum to ferry rides to ramen-this is one fascinating place to visit!
