The latest venture: stairs.
L.A. is full of stair workouts. From Santa Monica to Pasadena, there’s plenty to choose from. In fact, there are more than 2 dozen stairs in Echo Park alone.
Today, we climbed more than 2700 stairs in our 1 hour workout reaching maximum “wobble leg syndrome.”
With a trip to Jones Coffee Roasters this morning in Pasadena under our belt, I’m ready for part 2 of my workout – a trip to the gym to get in some weights to exercise the upper body.
